ABOUT THE ROLE

OpenAI’s internal Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Operations, Technology & Tools Lead to own and evolve our tools, technology, data flows, and operating model while driving the evolution of our AI-enabled workflows. This role will help our marketers move faster while maintaining industry standard security and privacy requirements to ensure the technology we deploy utilizes OpenAI’s tools to their fullest while aligning with the mission.

You’ll be the connective tissue between Marketing, Engineering, Security, and Legal/Privacy translating marketing goals into scalable systems, clean measurement, and secure workflows.
