NinjaTech AI builds enterprise-grade agentic AI that runs inside our customer’s own environment. Founded in 2022 and backed by SRI International, DCVC, and Candou Ventures, we're a lean team with our headquarters in Los Altos, California and roughly half our engineering team in Sydney, Australia.

We're building the AI agents that enterprises actually deploy — not demos. Our platform connects to 3,000+ systems, runs on-prem, in-VPC, or air-gapped, and delivers predictable economics that CFOs can live with.

THE ROLE

This is our first marketing hire. You'll own marketing end to end — strategy and execution — and you'll be the person who builds the function from zero. There's no team to delegate to yet and no playbook to follow. You'll set the narrative, run the channels, and be the connective tissue between our product, our sales team, and the market.

This is a builder's role. You'll write the positioning, launch the campaigns, pitch the press, run the ads, post the content, and then measure what worked and do more of it. As we grow, you'll help us decide what to hire next and how to structure the function.

You'll report directly to the CEO and work side by side with our sales and engineering leads.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

MESSAGING, POSITIONING & BRAND

- Refine our narrative, ideal customer profile (ICP), buyer personas, and category positioning

- Own the company's core messaging architecture and keep it consistent across the website, decks, demos, ads, and sales conversations

- Translate deeply technical product capabilities into clear, compelling stories for enterprise buyers (CIOs, CTOs, heads of AI, security and procurement teams)

- Build and maintain brand guidelines — voice, tone, visual identity, and editorial standards

- Manage brand reputation and any crisis or issues communications
