In this role, the MDR is responsible for managing inbound leads from Tebra's marketing team, initiating contact with prospects, and scheduling demonstrations for Account Executives. By setting quality meetings with medical practices nationwide and collaborating with the marketing department on special projects, the MDR contributes significantly to building the sales pipeline and advancing the business.

Ideal candidates should possess strong listening skills, empathy, and a passion for assisting others. An interest in advancing a sales career, coupled with proven initiative and a competitive drive, is essential. Excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to overcome objections are also crucial. Prior sales experience or a background in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is advantageous.

Compensation for this role includes an hourly rate ranging from $19.68 to $22.60 USD, with additional benefits such as healthcare coverage, wellness programs, and resources to support mental health.
