Eurofins Cosmetics & Personal Care, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario. As part of Eurofins Scientific, a global leader in life sciences, our division specializes in providing comprehensive testing services to ensure the safety and efficacy of cosmetic and personal care products. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, and responding to public inquiries. They will oversee the corporate website's content and design, track marketing budgets, and coordinate global and local marketing initiatives such as tradeshows, seminars, webinars, digital campaigns, and customer events. Additionally, the role involves developing and deploying editorial content, managing corporate communications, supporting sales teams with relevant tools and content, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field. Fluency in French (written and spoken) is a strong asset. A minimum of one year of work experience in a professional organization, preferably in a laboratory or scientific environment, is required. Strong skills in social media management, web design, PPC and online advertising, and proficiency in software such as Wrike, Hootsuite, and MailChimp are essential. Excellent writing, copy-editing, layout, and graphic skills, along with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop, are also necessary.
