Marketing Consultant (Rocket Travel by Agoda)
The Marketing Consultant role at Rocket Travel by Agoda focuses on providing strategic marketing guidance and support to white-label travel platform partners. This position involves close collaboration with Partner Managers, Product Owners, and the broader Marketing team to understand partners' business models and goals, advising them on impactful marketing initiatives to drive platform growth.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to partners' objectives, analyzing large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities, and delivering actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. The role also involves guiding partners to adopt strategies that align with both their goals and Rocket Travel by Agoda's business objectives, focusing on maximizing contribution margin and ROI while ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term engagement. Additionally, the consultant will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, analytics, and operations, to ensure smooth execution and alignment of initiatives.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within e-commerce, travel, or SaaS environments. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred. Strong analytical skills are essential, including basic knowledge of SQL (joins, filters, aggregates), with advanced knowledge (window functions, CTEs) considered a plus. Exceptional written and spoken communication skills are necessary to effectively handle conversations with stakeholders and motivate them to adopt strategic decisions.
The annual salary range for this position in the NYC/Chicago-metro area is $110,000 to $138,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
