ABOUT ROLE
As Marketing Communications Manager, you will own BJAK’s brand narrative across external and internal channels, ensuring every message strengthens our reputation, supports business growth, and aligns with our strategic direction. This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior leadership to shape how BJAK is perceived by customers, partners, media, and employees.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and execute BJAK’s marketing and corporate communications strategy across all external and internal channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
- Lead media relations and PR activities, managing relationships with journalists, media outlets, and PR agencies to secure high-impact coverage aligned with BJAK’s growth and milestones.
- Develop and oversee key communications assets including press releases, media kits, executive messaging, talking points, and briefing materials.
- Manage brand reputation and crisis communications, proactively identifying risks and coordinating timely, strategic responses to protect BJAK’s credibility.
