A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field (such as statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering) is required, with professional experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or business intelligence highly preferred. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and fluency in English are essential for success in this role.
