Market Strategy & Partnerships Manager (future relocation to Madrid)

This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, with a planned relocation to Madrid, Spain, by early 2027. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and cultivating deep business relationships with major producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry. You will develop and implement growth strategies to scale Fever's presence in the region, manage commercial strategies with large partners to ensure mutual value creation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive partner growth both locally and internationally. Staying informed about the latest trends in entertainment will be essential to position yourself as an expert in new and trending experiences.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in top-tier consulting or equivalent roles, along with an additional 5 years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech companies, or the sports, music, and arts industries. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish being a plus. A proven track record of sales success in fast-paced, quota-driven roles, strong business development and partnership management skills, and a self-starter mentality are essential. Demonstrated data-driven decision-making abilities, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) are also important. Knowledge of the local entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends will be advantageous.
