Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in top-tier consulting or equivalent roles, demonstrating strong business development and partnership management skills. A self-starter mentality is crucial, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment. A data-driven approach to business and task prioritization is essential, along with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM (preferably Sugar CRM) is required. Knowledge of the city's entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends will be advantageous.
