Fever is seeking a Market Strategy and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence within the live entertainment industry by forging and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including producers, creators, and venues. Your efforts will directly contribute to Fever's mission of democratizing access to culture and entertainment through innovative technology and data-driven strategies.
As a Market Strategy and Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing growth strategies tailored to the market, managing the entire sales cycle for new partners, and negotiating contracts that ensure sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships. You will also be expected to maintain a well-organized client portfolio, balancing multiple relationships effectively to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of six years of relevant experience, preferably in enterprise sales, top-tier consulting firms, or tech companies. A proven track record of sales success in fast-paced, quota-driven environments is essential. Strong business development and partnership management skills are required, along with excellent communication abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Familiarity with the entertainment industry's trends and a self-starter mentality will be advantageous.
Fever offers a competitive compensation package, including an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $130,000 to $180,000, which comprises both base salary and commissions.
