Lighthouse is seeking a Market Manager to lead our expansion in the Balkans region. As a pivotal member of our Revenue team, you will be instrumental in introducing our AI-driven commercial platform to hospitality businesses, empowering them to optimize revenue strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, innovative company committed to transforming the hospitality industry.

In this position, you will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting potential hotel partners to closing deals. Your responsibilities include developing and executing strategic business plans, managing a robust sales pipeline, and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets. Additionally, you will represent Lighthouse at industry events, provide market feedback to product development teams, and cultivate long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in full-cycle sales or business development, particularly within the travel, hospitality, or SaaS industries. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with fluency in English. An entrepreneurial spirit, resilience under pressure, and a drive to meet targets are key attributes. Familiarity with AI and data-driven sales strategies is advantageous, and the role requires frequent travel within the Balkans region.
