This position is responsible for developing and managing master program schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating key project deliverables from product conception through launch. The Planner will work with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely identification and resolution of issues, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment between project requirements and production capacities. On a day-to-day basis, the role includes leading meetings, updating stakeholders, preparing reports, and aligning resource needs to program demands.
Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field, along with proven experience in program planning for new product introductions (NPI), preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills are essential, as well as proficiency with project scheduling tools and ERP/MRP systems. Effective communication skills and a track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting are required.
