Manager, Value Engineering

The Manager, Value Engineering at Celonis leads a dynamic team responsible for managing the entire customer value lifecycle—from initial sales through value realization, renewal, and expansion. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end customer value journeys, including customer acquisition, expansion, adoption, and renewals, within a rapidly growing enterprise SaaS company.

Key responsibilities include translating customers' strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases, communicating value opportunities to C-level executives, and serving as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio. The manager will lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey, support the deployment of new features and products, drive strategic growth programs focused on value creation, and host business reviews to communicate outcomes and realized value to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate possesses strong business domain expertise in areas such as Finance or Supply Chain, experience leading strategic transformation initiatives, and the ability to develop compelling customer value roadmaps. A deep understanding of industry trends, C-suite strategic priorities, and the ability to build integrated Process Intelligence roadmaps aligned with customer business goals are essential. Experience guiding customer IT teams through product deployment and adoption is also required.
