The Manager, Talent Operations role is pivotal to the hiring success at Peregrine Technologies. This position focuses on building the infrastructure that enables the recruiting team to perform optimally. As the company experiences rapid growth, tripling year over year, the need for robust systems, processes, and reporting becomes essential. The role is highly analytical and central to the recruiting team's operations, involving ownership of the tech stack, enforcement of data standards, supervision of the coordinating team, and production of insightful reports to guide leadership decisions.

Key responsibilities include auditing and optimizing the recruiting tech stack by assessing tools and resources against usage, spend, and return on investment, followed by delivering clear recommendations on their retention or modification. The role also entails establishing and enforcing non-negotiable data standards within Greenhouse, ensuring data cleanliness, and building real-time dashboards that provide a single source of truth on pipeline health, time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates. Additionally, the Manager will standardize hiring processes by documenting and implementing consistent stage definitions, structured scorecards, and an interviewer calibration cadence across all job families to reduce ambiguity and improve decision quality.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in the recruiting field, with at least three years dedicated to Talent Operations or Recruiting Operations in a high-growth organization. A proven track record of building scalable recruiting infrastructure is essential, along with deep expertise in Greenhouse, particularly in reporting, configuration, and data governance. Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to build dashboards and visualizations independently. Experience in managing and developing Recruiting Coordinators or similar support roles is also important, demonstrating the ability to maintain high standards in scheduling quality and compliance. Effective communication skills, comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities, and a focus on documentation and scalability are key attributes for success in this role. The position is based in San Francisco, with an expectation to work in the office four times per week.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $155,000 annually, complemented by benefits, equity (if applicable), and potential bonuses.
