The Manager, Talent Acquisition, Carvykti, will serve as a strategic advisor to business and HR leaders within Legend Biotech's Carvykti Business Unit. This role is pivotal in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent in the biotechnology sector. The position is based in Somerset, New Jersey, and offers a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Carvykti business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce plans and capability needs, translating them into actionable recruitment strategies. The manager will lead full-cycle recruitment for critical and technical roles, ensuring a streamlined and candidate-centric experience. Additionally, the role involves developing proactive sourcing strategies, providing insights on talent market trends, managing search engagements, and building diverse, high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of six years of talent acquisition experience, including at least one year in an external search firm or recruiting within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Proven experience in developing strategic recruitment initiatives, a deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse or Workday are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate excellent project management capabilities and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
