The Manager, Strategy at Lucid Motors plays a pivotal role within the Strategy and Business Development team, focusing on the development and execution of enterprise strategies. This position is integral to aligning strategic initiatives across all business units, ensuring that Lucid Motors continues to lead in the luxury electric vehicle market.

Key responsibilities include analyzing global trends in electric vehicles, software-defined vehicles, autonomous driving, enterprise AI, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities. The role involves developing and evaluating business cases for new markets, products, and growth initiatives, as well as leading the execution of various strategic priorities by collaborating with Finance, Engineering, Sales & Service, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field, along with experience in consulting, particularly within the automotive and mobility sectors. A proven track record in project management within highly ambiguous and flexible environments is essential. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are also required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $137,900 to $202,180 annually, depending on factors such as experience and qualifications.
