Manager/Sr. Manager, Patient Supply Operations
Legend Biotech is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager, Patient Supply Operations to join the Patient Supply Strategy & Operations team in Somerset, NJ. This role focuses on managing global patient supply activities for early clinical Cell and Gene Therapy programs, including Allogenic and In-Vivo therapies. The position ensures operational readiness of investigational product supply from IND through early-phase studies, aligning with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include executing global patient supply plans, developing supply manuals and SOPs for clinical distribution, and supporting label design compliant with regional requirements. The role also involves managing end-to-end global shipments, overseeing import/export processes, and establishing global depot and logistics networks. Additionally, the position requires implementing inventory management systems and developing dashboards and KPIs for supply chain performance monitoring.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and has 5-7 years of experience in clinical supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Experience with global clinical trials, cold-chain logistics, and regulatory compliance is essential. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions are also required.
