Manager, Software Engineering

Cohere Health is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead and expand a high-performing engineering team with a strong product focus. The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

The Manager will oversee an agile team of software engineers, driving the development and enhancement of a growing software platform. Responsibilities include establishing transparency in delivery health through meaningful sprint and business metrics, collaborating closely with data, product, and growth organizations to maximize client value, and providing technical leadership throughout the design and delivery process. Ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices, including testing, quality, and security, is also a key aspect of the role.

Candidates should have over 12 years of experience, with at least 3 years in managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. Demonstrated expertise with cloud-based services and proficiency in technologies such as Python, ReactJs, Snowflake, and MongoDB are required. Experience leading teams in a global organization is also essential.
