Manager, Salesforce Technical Product
Lucid Motors is seeking a Salesforce Technical Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This hybrid role combines strategic product management with hands-on technical development responsibilities, partnering with stakeholders across business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include defining and owning the product roadmap for Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, aligned with business objectives. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, translating business needs into clear user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria. Additionally, the manager will lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature delivery in collaboration with engineering teams, monitor and report on product performance metrics, and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments, and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including proficiency with Apex, Lightning, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL. A proven track record of delivering complex technical products using Agile methodologies, strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security principles, and experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment are also required.
