Manager, Open Mobilization
As a Manager on the Open UK Mobilization Team at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in deploying WPP Open, our AI-driven marketing platform, to enhance client operations. This position involves close collaboration with clients to understand their unique challenges and configure our platform to meet their specific needs. WPP Media is a global media collective that integrates media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting discovery workshops, documenting client processes, performing gap analyses on team skillsets, and managing the technical setup of WPP Open. You will guide clients through our five-stage mobilization process: understanding their current state, initiating projects, designing success strategies, delivering change through training and documentation, and transitioning to business-as-usual operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within a media agency, ad-tech company, or marketing operations function. Proficiency in setting up and optimizing marketing technology platforms, such as planning tools and campaign management systems, is essential. Strong skills in facilitating workshops, gathering user requirements, and creating clear documentation are also required. Additionally, the ability to train others on technology or processes and develop supporting materials is crucial.
