About The Role

EliseAI is growing quickly and you’ll play a big part in building our new business unit and its sales team. You’ll work at a startup within a startup, playing a key role in building our new client base and helping our customers fundamentally change their businesses. You will help identify, engage, and close new business for our healthcare segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and be held accountable for the success of Healthcare sales

- Lead a team of sales professionals, mentoring and developing their sales skills in line with a "challenger sales" methodology

- Work closely with Account Executives to drive adoption of EliseAI with C-Suite, VP, and Director level executives in the healthcare industry

- Support Enterprise Account Executives through the entire sales cycle – prospecting, initial outreach, product demos, negotiations, and expansions
