The Manager, Legal position at Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) is a full-time role based at Radisson Hospitality Belgium. This role primarily supports RHG's hotel and corporate operations, focusing on the European region with global involvement in selected projects and corporate functions. The Manager, Legal is responsible for independently managing hotel-related contracts, providing legal support to corporate entities, and advising European operational teams on a wide range of legal matters in line with company policies.
Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and providing guidance on new hotel agreements, amendments, notices, letters, and related documents at the corporate, regional, and hotel levels. The role also oversees the contract repository by ensuring the accurate uploading, updating, and maintenance of contractual details, amendments, and owner/licensee information. Additionally, the Manager, Legal supports European regional teams by providing legal advice, collaborating on projects, and guiding operational and commercial teams to ensure alignment with company standards and policies.
The ideal candidate should have fluency in English, with knowledge of other European languages being advantageous. They must be entitled to work in the European Union and be digitally savvy. The candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
