We’re looking for a Manager of Learning & Development to lead and scale the development engine of our sales organization.

This role goes beyond traditional sales training. You’ll own the full lifecycle of sales talent development—from hiring strategy and onboarding to ongoing training, performance improvement, and career growth. You’ll manage a small, high-performing L&D team and partner closely with Sales Leadership and Recruiting to ensure we are consistently hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.

This is a highly data-driven, hands-on leadership role. You’ll analyze performance trends, build impactful training programs, coach reps in real time, and continuously refine how we develop our people.

WHERE YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT:

Lead L&D Strategy & Team

- Define and evolve the L&D vision and strategy for the sales organization

- Manage and develop a high-performing team in a player-coach capacity

- Partner with sales leadership to align development priorities with business goals

Drive Hiring & Talent Quality

- Partner with recruiting to define ideal candidate profiles and improve hiring outcomes

- Contribute to sourcing strategy and interview design

- Use performance data to continuously refine hiring criteria

Own Onboarding & Ramp

- Build and manage end-to-end onboarding programs

- Continuously improve ramp based on data and feedback

- Ensure new hires quickly reach full productivity
