Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance

Accela is seeking a Manager of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to lead its security governance, risk management, compliance, audit, and customer trust programs. This fully remote role involves collaborating with various departments, including Security, Legal, IT, Engineering, Product, Finance, People, and customer-facing teams, to ensure the company meets regulatory, contractual, audit, and customer trust obligations. The Manager will be the primary owner for compliance programs and audit readiness across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GovRAMP, PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, CCPA/GDPR, and other customer or regulatory requirements.
