Manager, Global Product Compliance
Axon is seeking a Manager of Global Product Compliance to lead certification strategies and guide cross-functional teams through complex regulatory requirements, ensuring successful product launches and market access. This role offers the opportunity to deepen global expertise and influence the successful launch and sustainment of high-impact technologies.
The Manager will oversee global product compliance efforts, ensuring certifications are achieved and maintained across key international markets. Responsibilities include partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Legal teams to integrate compliance requirements into product development and commercialization. The role also involves managing certification programs, serving as a compliance subject matter expert, building relationships with external testing laboratories and regulatory authorities, leading internal compliance reviews, and mentoring team members.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field, with over 8 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or related roles supporting complex hardware or connected technology products. Experience in global product compliance, regulatory strategy, and market access for hardware and connected products is essential, along with advanced knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and certification pathways. Strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and experience in compliance risk assessments are also required.
The position is based in Boston, MA, New York City, NY, or Atlanta, GA, and follows a hybrid schedule.
