Manager, Fusion Center Operations

Zoox is seeking a Manager of Fusion Center Operations to lead a team responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our autonomous robotaxi fleet across various markets. This role involves collaborating with leaders within the Fleet Operations organization and interacting with multiple teams across the company, including TeleGuidance, PMO, User Experience, and Product.

The Manager will oversee Team and Shift Leads, ensuring they understand and execute both short- and long-term targets. Responsibilities include upholding a safety-centric, inclusive culture, providing regular performance feedback, supporting process improvements in safety and efficiency, becoming an expert on Zoox’s proprietary software related to Fusion Center Operations, and acting as the first point of contact for service escalations.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 9 years of experience leading large-scale operations, with 4 years managing large teams of full-time employees and contractors. Experience in managing continuous safety standards, process improvement initiatives, change management processes, and handling large amounts of data is essential.

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 per year. Compensation also includes Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, and a comprehensive benefits package featuring paid time off, health insurance, and life insurance.
