Morgan & Morgan, the nation's largest plaintiff's law firm, is seeking a Manager of Digital Media to join their in-house Search Engine Marketing (SEM) team in Brooklyn, New York. As a Manager of Digital Media, you will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google and Microsoft Ads. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing campaign strategies, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with the firm's objectives. Additionally, you will mentor SEM specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid search and SEM, with a strong foundation in performance marketing and lead generation. Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads is essential, and experience with Search Ads 360 and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data visualization), are required to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 annually. This position is based in Brooklyn, New York, with a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office attendance four days a week and remote work on Fridays.
