Additionally, you will serve as a strategic partner to leaders and HR Business Partners, offering expert guidance on compensation philosophy and pay equity, and leverage data and market intelligence to influence sourcing strategies and improve internal rewards processes.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within Compensation, Total Rewards, or Finance, and a proven track record in high-growth tech or fintech environments. Exceptional proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is essential, with the ability to build complex models and translate raw data into actionable insights. Strong interpersonal skills are required to effectively communicate complex compensation concepts to various stakeholders and senior leaders. A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to executing tasks flawlessly is highly valued.
