The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree such as an MBA preferred. They should possess 4-6 years of experience in management consulting or strategy-focused roles, ideally within e-commerce, online travel agencies, or the travel industry. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Metabase, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines, and work effectively across teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
