Manager / Architect, Engineering

Lighthouse is seeking a Manager / Architect for Engineering to lead a dynamic team in developing AI-driven solutions for the hospitality industry. This role is based in Ghent, Belgium, and offers a hybrid work environment. As a key member of the engineering team, you will oversee a domain within our product suite, focusing on features that directly impact revenue outcomes for hotels worldwide.

In this position, you will lead, coach, and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and career growth. Collaborating closely with product managers and UX designers, you will define and execute the development roadmap for your domain, translating product goals into functional designs. You will also make critical architectural decisions, design complex features, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for your team.

Ideal candidates should have a strong technical background with experience in software engineering and team leadership. Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance product development processes are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are also required.
