The role involves leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, coordinating with various internal teams such as Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Channel, and Executive resources. Building and maintaining trust-based executive relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and other senior leaders is essential. Additionally, the Major Sales Director is expected to create and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas.
Candidates should have a proven track record as enterprise hunters, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets within Fortune 500 or global strategic accounts. Experience in driving large, complex deals involving multiple senior stakeholders is crucial. A background in selling AI security, cyber platforms, SecOps tools, cloud security, or networking solutions to senior technology executives is required. The role demands experience in hyper-growth, disruptive technology environments, a strong understanding of the enterprise channel ecosystem, and the ability to execute co-sell motions. Exceptional executive presence and the capability to present compelling business and technical narratives to C-level stakeholders are also necessary.
The compensation for this role ranges from $340,000 to $380,000 annually.
