Major Client Advocate, Canada
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Major Client Advocate to manage strategic customer relationships in Canada. This role involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring the successful adoption and ongoing value realization of Peregrine's AI-enabled platform. The position is remote, based in Canada, with significant travel required across Canadian customer sites and periodic travel to the U.S.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end relationships with major clients, translating technical solutions into sustained adoption and long-term value. The advocate will work closely with senior agency leaders, manage complex deployments, and drive measurable operational outcomes. Additionally, the role involves establishing best practices for customer success in the Canadian market and representing the voice of Canadian customers internally.
Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of experience managing enterprise deployments or strategic accounts, particularly in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments. Strong executive presence, stakeholder management skills, and technical fluency are essential. Experience in public safety, government, or compliance-heavy sectors within Canada is strongly preferred. Fluency in English is required, and French language skills are considered an asset. The role requires the ability to travel approximately 60% of the time, primarily within Canada.
The salary range for this position is $124,000 to $161,000 CAD annually, with additional benefits, equity options, and potential bonuses. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as skill set, experience level, and specific work location.
