Major Account Manager – FSI & Mega Bank Clients (Japan)
Arista Networks is seeking a seasoned Major Account Manager to lead strategic sales engagements with mega banks and financial institutions in Japan. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of Arista's advanced networking and security solutions, supporting clients' digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative, software-defined cloud networking solutions to enterprise clients.
The Major Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with C-suite executives, including CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, within assigned financial services accounts. Key responsibilities include driving consultative sales across Arista's product portfolio—such as data center and campus networking, cloud-based Wi-Fi, routing platforms, and automation tools like CloudVision®. The role also involves aligning these solutions with client priorities like operational resilience, low-latency trading performance, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity.
Candidates must possess over 10 years of enterprise sales experience, particularly with large strategic accounts in Japan's financial services sector. A proven track record of closing significant deals with senior stakeholders and influencing long-term C-level relationships is essential. Expertise in consultative solution selling of complex technology portfolios, including networking, cloud, security, and automation, is required. Additionally, a deep understanding of Japan's banking technology landscape, compliance requirements, and procurement processes is crucial. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English, along with excellent negotiation and presentation skills, are mandatory.
