Major Account Manager

This involves presenting Arista's value proposition to key influencers and decision-makers, collaborating with systems engineers to design cost-effective solutions, and coordinating with technology partners to identify and demonstrate best-in-class solutions. Additionally, the Major Account Manager is expected to establish and manage key channel relationships, formulate strategic account plans, and conduct demand generation activities such as seminars and technology forums.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with a minimum of seven years of technology sales experience. A proven track record of direct selling into target accounts within the assigned territory and exceeding sales targets is essential. Relevant experience in data center or networking industries, including LAN/WAN and SDN, is required. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships at all levels, and technical acumen in areas such as networking, SDN, NFV, switching, network automation, routing, data center, edge computing, network virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure, or cloud computing are also necessary.
Arista Networks offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $125,000 to $162,000, with the actual salary based on factors such as skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and location. Additional benefits may include discretionary bonuses, commissions, equity, and comprehensive health and wellness programs.
