Eurofins is seeking a Maintenance and Facility Manager to oversee all facility infrastructure, utilities, and equipment maintenance operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and reliable 7-day biotech manufacturing environment. This role involves leading the maintenance team, managing preventive maintenance programs, and supporting continuous operations within a cGMP/ISO-regulated setting.

Key responsibilities include managing facility and building maintenance operations such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, boilers, and utilities. The manager will oversee facility inspections, repairs, improvement projects, and ensure compliance with chemical storage, waste handling, and environmental regulations. Additionally, the role involves leading the maintenance team in troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating laboratory and production equipment, establishing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and coordinating with operations and quality teams to maintain equipment performance and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or Facility Manager. Experience managing maintenance teams in biotech or manufacturing environments, strong knowledge of building utilities, and familiarity with cGMP or ISO-regulated environments are preferred. Essential skills include strong leadership and team management abilities, preventive maintenance and reliability program experience, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills, budget and operational planning, and strong communication and organizational skills.
