Machine Learning Engineering Specialist
As a Machine Learning Engineering Specialist at EBANX, you will be an integral part of the Data team, responsible for designing and deploying scalable systems to train, monitor, and serve machine learning models in production. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include designing system architectures for training, retraining, developing, monitoring, and serving machine learning models. You will develop and maintain scalable infrastructure for machine learning pipelines and APIs, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and continuous monitoring, and collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into production environments. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements, particularly in the financial context, and troubleshoot and optimize machine learning production systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
To excel in this position, you should have experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related roles, with strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration systems such as Kubernetes is essential, along with familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Strong Python programming skills, experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions, and knowledge of data pipelines and ETL processes are also required. Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for machine learning services, as well as an understanding of security and compliance standards in payment systems, will be beneficial.
