Machine Learning Engineer
BrainRocket is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Belgrade, Serbia. As a key member of our AI division, you will collaborate closely with the Head of AI to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI and machine learning solutions from the ground up. This on-site role offers a unique opportunity to shape the technical foundation of our AI initiatives within a fast-paced, global company specializing in Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing solutions.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing, training, and fine-tuning machine learning and deep learning models tailored for gaming and CRM applications. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, transforming prototypes into production-ready solutions, and implementing MLOps practices with CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing applications and effectively communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, or applied AI roles. Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is essential, along with solid experience in data engineering tools like SQL, Spark, or Airflow. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and a proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments are also required. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work autonomously, and excellent communication skills in English are crucial for success in this role.
