M&A Strategy & Value Creation Associate
Fever is seeking a highly motivated M&A Strategy & Value Creation Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the successful integration of acquired companies, ensuring that strategic goals are realized, teams are aligned, and operations run smoothly post-acquisition. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth strategy.
Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis of acquired companies to understand their business models, commercial performance, and growth drivers. You will define and monitor business plans for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with Fever's strategic priorities. Additionally, you will develop and execute comprehensive integration roadmaps across product, operations, commercial, marketing, and corporate functions, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and cultural integration.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or M&A integration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach, are essential. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams are also required. Proficiency in English is necessary; proficiency in French is a plus.
