M&A Manager (Dutch speaking)

Eurofins' Corporate Development team is seeking a Dutch-speaking M&A Manager to drive the Group's strategic business and financial ambitions through targeted merger and acquisition activities across all business lines. This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing, deal-driven team in a fast-paced environment, covering the Benelux region and based in Brussels, with direct exposure to strategic decision-making and transaction execution.

As an M&A Manager, you will proactively identify, assess, and engage with potential future Eurofins partners across the Benelux market. You will prepare and manage confidentiality agreements, collect and analyze preliminary information, assess acquisition targets, recommend appropriate transaction structures, advise on transaction strategy and execution, coordinate due diligence processes, drive negotiations, and coordinate all closing activities. Additionally, you will support the integration of acquired companies by establishing reporting structures, monitoring post-closing obligations, and tracking post-acquisition performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering from a top university, with 5 to 10 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Services, or Consulting. A solid understanding of the M&A process, including NDA, LOI, DD, SPA, PMI, etc., is essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills, along with an outstanding technical and conceptual understanding of finance and valuations, are required. Fluency in Dutch (native speaker level) and English is mandatory.
