M&A Associate
Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a highly motivated M&A Associate to join our dynamic team in Madrid. This role is integral to our mission of democratizing access to culture and entertainment by supporting our M&A activities across the entire deal lifecycle, from origination to post-merger integration.
As an M&A Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector. Your duties will include conducting comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to assess deal synergies and financial viability, evaluating financial, strategic, and operational risks associated with target companies, and preparing detailed investment memorandums and deal-related documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, with additional academic background in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field being a strong plus. You should have 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, top-tier management consulting, corporate development, or strategy roles. Solid experience in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and quantitative analysis is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a genuine interest in M&A with motivation to grow within a transaction-driven role.
