London Campus Lead

The London Campus Lead at Canva is responsible for overseeing the operations and experience of Canva's London campus, which spans three properties in Hoxton and serves as the heart of Canva's EMEA presence. This role involves leading hospitality, workplace operations, facilities management, and campus experience to ensure that every Canvanaut's day is productive and enjoyable. The position reports to the EMEA Regional Lead and plays a crucial part in shaping the campus environment to reflect Canva's culture and values.

Key responsibilities include elevating the London campus experience to align with global Canva standards, managing a workplace experience team of four, fostering community through cultural events, and maintaining strong vendor and contract management. The role also involves partnering closely with food and beverage teams, setting clear expectations for hospitality vendors, leading campus logistics, and ensuring operational readiness. Additionally, the London Campus Lead is accountable for health, safety, and security, overseeing workplace health and safety protocols, and managing contracts, vendors, and budgets effectively.

The ideal candidate should have experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex campus environments. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to drive cultural initiatives and events that enhance community engagement. Proficiency in vendor and contract management, as well as budget oversight, is also required.
