Logistics & Operations Coordinator
Flamant, a subsidiary of BESIX Group, is launching a new strategic division dedicated to kitchen solutions. To support this expansion, we are seeking a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to oversee the planning, operational follow-up, and organization of deliveries and installations for our B2B and B2C clients. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to manage complex operations with precision and autonomy.
The Logistics & Operations Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and optimizing the logistics flow of deliveries, coordinating internal and external teams proactively, and ensuring the accurate preparation and tracking of transport documents. Key duties include monitoring incoming shipments from Italy, communicating with the warehouse, informing clients about delivery specifics, and arranging installations with external teams. Additionally, the role involves managing after-sales service, including handling notices, warranties, instructions, parts, and coordinating interventions with suppliers.
Candidates should have proven experience in logistics and operational management, preferably in the kitchen, carpentry, or renovation sectors. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential. Proficiency in Odoo and advanced knowledge of Excel are required. Fluency in Dutch and English is necessary to collaborate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
