Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics Coordinator at GenScript is responsible for overseeing and supporting the full logistics workflow, including monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, managing system and physical packing, conducting inventory control, handling logistics invoices and purchasing, and providing operational support. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal SOPs and safety regulations while collaborating with internal teams and external carriers to maintain efficient logistics operations.
Key responsibilities include tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time delivery, processing incoming shipments using computer systems, packaging goods for shipment following established guidelines, reviewing and submitting logistics invoices for timely payment, and executing tasks delegated by the supervisor while adapting to changing priorities.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with additional certifications or training in logistics or supply chain management being a plus. Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory management and shipment tracking, physical stamina to handle packages up to 20 kg, and fluency in English are required. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands for a minimum of three to five years.
Compensation includes a base salary of €2,800 per month on a full-time basis, a performance-based target bonus linked to individual achievements, 25 days of annual leave plus Dutch bank holidays, complimentary warm lunch on onsite working days, access to professional well-being support, commuting allowance, 8% holiday pay, and a pension scheme with a 2% personal contribution.
