Logistics Coordinator (APAC Service Operations)
Arista Networks is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join its Global Service Operations Organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely delivery of critical spare parts to customers across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, supporting same-day and next-business-day services. The position is based in either Singapore or Malaysia, aligning with Arista's commitment to providing exceptional post-sales support.
The Logistics Coordinator will oversee daily logistics operations, collaborating closely with Vendor, Trade, and Reverse Logistics Managers. Key responsibilities include managing the dispatch process, handling carrier rates, resolving operational issues in real-time, and maintaining APAC inventory. Additionally, the role involves coordinating inbound and outbound discrepancies, working with third-party logistics providers and couriers to prevent delays, and supporting trade operations by securing necessary compliance documents for shipment releases.
Candidates should possess 4 to 8 years of experience in warehousing, reverse logistics, transportation, or compliance. A comprehensive understanding of supply chain concepts, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce are highly desirable. The role requires excellent oral and written English skills, the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision, and legal work rights in Singapore or Malaysia.
