Loans & Distributions Specialist, (TFG)
The Loans & Distributions Specialist at Strongpoint Partners is a remote position within The Finway Group (TFG), a national retirement plan services firm. TFG offers comprehensive retirement solutions, including Pooled Plan Provider (PPP), Third-Party Administrator (TPA), and 3(16) Named Fiduciary services. The role focuses on managing participant loan and distribution requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with plan documents and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include processing participant loan and distribution requests, managing incoming requests, assisting participants, handling administrative tasks, ensuring timely processing, resolving issues, managing relationships with recordkeepers, and maintaining current records. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a keen eye for detail, compliance, and accuracy.
Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with retirement plan documents and experience working in a high-volume processing environment. Experience with recordkeepers such as Empower, Voya, John Hancock, Principal, and TransAmerica is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for providing top-notch customer service.
