Eurofins Environment Testing Canada, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory IT Support Technician to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario. This role focuses on maintaining and configuring our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to support efficient laboratory operations. Eurofins is a global leader in analytical testing services, committed to ensuring the safety and quality of products across various industries.

The Laboratory IT Support Technician will be responsible for creating and maintaining analytical packages and custom test lists within the LIMS, updating regulatory guidelines, and managing client information. Additional duties include assisting users with IT issues such as printer connectivity and network problems, installing and configuring new workstations, and supporting special IT projects to enhance laboratory operations.

Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Strong computer literacy, familiarity with database systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Experience with LIMS or other data management software is considered an asset, along with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
