Live Experience Producer - Fever Originals
Fever is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Live Experience Producer to join the Fever Originals team in Montreal. This role involves managing the end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments, including Marketing and Operations, to create unique events that provide unforgettable moments for audiences.
Key responsibilities include interpreting and validating CAD drawings, coordinating design reviews with creative and technical teams, and overseeing permitting processes from site assembly to venue preparation. The producer will also be responsible for creating and maintaining production documentation, developing and tracking production schedules, and managing budgets throughout all stages of production. Additionally, the role involves leading meetings, capturing outcomes, and presenting confidently to senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in live event or entertainment production, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex productions involving high budgets and multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of technical production, logistics, and permitting is essential, along with experience in negotiating contracts and managing large vendor networks. Fluency in French and English is required, and additional languages are a plus. Excellent organizational and scheduling skills, strong communication and leadership abilities, and a desire to grow within the production field are also important.
