Live Experience Animator- Freelance

Fever is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Experience Animator to join the team at our new SENSAS center in Brussels, opening in 2025. As a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, Fever aims to democratize access to cultural experiences worldwide. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative venture that delivers unique sensory experiences to participants.

The Live Experience Animator will be responsible for welcoming and guiding teams throughout their sensory journey, ensuring a joyful and immersive atmosphere. Key duties include explaining the game mechanics, assisting participants in their missions, capturing memorable moments through photography, and maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the venue. Additionally, the role involves managing social media channels to engage and grow our online community, handling client transactions, and encouraging customer feedback on social platforms.

Ideal candidates are dynamic, motivated, and reliable individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to diverse clientele. A strong capacity for teamwork and autonomy is essential. While not mandatory, proficiency in English and Flemish is considered a significant advantage.

The position offers flexible working hours, as the center operates seven days a week from 9 am to 11 pm, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and school vacations. Compensation includes an hourly wage with coverage of 50% of transportation costs on working days. The role is based in Ixelles, Brussels, and is offered on a freelance basis, with options for a 38-hour workweek or flexible schedules, such as weekend shifts.
