Live Event Producer

FeverUp is seeking an experienced Live Event Producer to join our dynamic team. As a leading global live-entertainment discovery platform, FeverUp is dedicated to democratizing access to culture and entertainment. The Live Event Producer will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.

In this role, you will manage all aspects of event production, including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up. You will create production timelines, develop operational processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Additionally, you will participate in marketing brainstorms, manage budgets, research new vendors and venues, and handle administrative duties such as expense reports and contract management.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the event production industry, with a proven track record of successfully producing events. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and an innovative mindset are essential. A strong network of vendors and venues, understanding of technical production requirements, and familiarity with permitting processes are also important. A huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly will be advantageous.
