The Litigation Support Engineer at Guidehouse provides technical, analytical, and operational support for eDiscovery, digital evidence management, and litigation technology workflows within secure federal environments. Key responsibilities include providing end-to-end litigation support, such as data intake, evidence processing, indexing, searching, and production using enterprise eDiscovery platforms like Relativity. The engineer ensures proper chain-of-custody procedures, maintains handling logs, and supports the secure collection and preservation of electronic data. Additional duties involve performing ingestion, normalization, and processing of structured and unstructured data for legal review, assisting with advanced searches, tagging workflows, redactions, and production formatting for legal teams, and providing technical support for case teams, including troubleshooting platform issues and optimizing workflows.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree or an additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active and maintained "Top Secret" Federal or DoD security clearance and the ability to obtain SCI. A minimum of five years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, digital evidence handling, or similar federal/investigative environments is essential. Hands-on experience with major eDiscovery platforms, such as Relativity, Nuix, LAW PreDiscovery, or Concordance, is required. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills are also necessary.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000 to $163,000. Compensation decisions depend on various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, security clearances, licensure, and certifications.
